Arash is a business leader with over 11 years of expertise in consulting, high growth startups and large corporations with a focus within strategy and operations roles. Arash has successfully built teams, managed multi-million-dollar projects, optimized operations, and driven consistent high-value returns, showcasing his ability to align strategy with execution. sustainable energy initiatives.

With an MBA from NYU Stern and an MS in Operations Research from Georgia Tech, he combines technical proficiency and visionary leadership to deliver impactful energy and capacity projects.

Kaveh Kashani

Business Development

Kaveh has over a decade of experience in renewable energy development, contributing to more than 50 projects across Ontario. He has led large-scale solar PV and energy storage initiatives, including LRP I and LRP Energy Storage projects, and secured successful bids under Long-Term 1 RFP and the Expedited Process. Skilled in project management and stakeholder collaboration, Kaveh ensures on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

With degrees in Civil Engineering and Management Sciences, he combines technical and leadership expertise to deliver innovative renewable energy solutions aligned with market and investor goals.

Seyed Nourbakhsh, P.Eng.

Project Lead

Seyed is an accomplished business leader with over a decade of experience in renewable energy, innovation, and business development. As the founder of Formarum Inc., he spearheaded the development of patented technologies, secured funding, and forged strategic partnerships to drive growth. With expertise in project development and regulatory compliance, including securing contracts under Ontario’s LRP I RFP program. 

With a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Ryerson University and hands-on experience founding innovative ventures, he has a proven track record of designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions

Josh Rabe

Land Acquisition

Josh is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) development, specializing in land acquisition and market due diligence in regions like Ontario and New York. He has successfully delivered milestone projects, including an 18 MWh battery facility at the Bruce Power site, celebrated as the largest of its kind globally. 

As a business owner, Josh has led the development of more than 400 renewable energy projects in Southwestern Ontario, demonstrating exceptional entrepreneurial skills and regulatory expertise.
