Arash has successfully built teams, managed multi-million-dollar projects, optimized operations, and driven consistent high-value returns, showcasing his ability to align strategy with execution. sustainable energy initiatives.

With an MBA from NYU Stern and an MS in Operations Research from Georgia Tech, he combines technical proficiency and visionary leadership to deliver impactful energy and capacity projects.

Seyed is an accomplished business leader with over a decade of experience in renewable energy, innovation, and business development. As the founder of Formarum Inc., he spearheaded the development of patented technologies, secured funding, and forged strategic partnerships to drive growth. With expertise in project development and regulatory compliance, including securing contracts under Ontario’s LRP I RFP program. 

With a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Ryerson University and hands-on experience founding innovative ventures, he has a proven track record of designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions

Josh Rabe

Land Acquisition

Josh is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) development, specializing in land acquisition and market due diligence in regions like Ontario and New York. He has successfully delivered milestone projects, including an 18 MWh battery facility at the Bruce Power site, celebrated as the largest of its kind globally. 

As a business owner, Josh has led the development of more than 400 renewable energy projects in Southwestern Ontario, demonstrating exceptional entrepreneurial skills and regulatory expertise.
